These Terms of Service govern your use of the Owl AI platform. By creating an account or accessing the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service description
Owl AI is a business operating system that helps multi-location businesses manage operations, marketing, appointments, customers, and social channels. Features and availability may vary by plan and connected integrations.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and the policies of any third-party platforms you connect, including Meta's Platform Terms.
3. Connected platforms
When you connect Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, Google Business Profile, or other services, you grant Owl AI permission to access and manage data in accordance with the scopes you approve during OAuth. You may revoke these permissions at any time through Owl AI Settings or the connected platform.
4. Data and content
You retain ownership of the content and data you upload or generate. Owl AI may process this data solely to operate and improve the service. We will not use your content to train third-party AI models without your consent.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email address below. We will process verified requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
